Camp Scholarships

The Michelle McGann Fund supports disadvantaged children and young adults affected by a type 1 diabetes diagnosis by providing “camperships” to attend diabetes camps. Funding is directed to the Camp provider under certain criteria. To determine if your organization is eligible to receive these Camperships, please complete the detailed Questionnaire as follows.
